En 1854, comienzan las primeras actividades en honor a la Virgen, el Mes de María, entre el 8 de noviembre al 8 de diciembre, fiesta de la Inmaculada. Ello hizo que con nuestra primavera, y la llegada de las flores, el Mes de María tuviera una enorme acogida, en Templos y Capillas, sedes vecinales y casas particulares. Cada ceremonia acostumbraba a finalizar con una procesión , cuyos fieles cargaban en sus brazos grandes ramos de flores, y cada sábado del mes había que levantarse de madrugada para participar a las 6 de la mañana en la procesión de la aurora , tradiciones que poco a poco se han ido perdiendo.El Mes de María concluye con la Fiesta de La Inmaculada Concepción de María, que es el dogma de fe que declara que por una gracia singular de Dios, María fue preservada de todo pecado, desde su concepción.En nuestro colegio durante este mes celebramos como curso en nuestras salas entre martes y jueves haciendo oración comunitaria, dando gracias y pidiendo que a través de la intersección de la Virgen María , nuestras peticiones sean escuchadas por nuestro Padre Dios.
Los días lunes y viernes los cursos más grandes(de quinto a octavos años) preparan la oración mariana para compartirla con toda la jornada.
